How would you like to flow today?

Four paths into stillness

Chair Yoga offers supported movement for mobility, balance and ease.

Desk Yoga weaves movement and breath into and around the working day.

Hatha Yoga brings breath and movement together through flowing sequences, strength and softness.

Yin Yoga slows things down, giving you time to settle into supported shapes, soften and notice.

Each path offers a different way to move, breathe and rest — choose what feels right for you today.
